The Cheesesteak Grille is Great! The Philly's are full of meat, not a roll with a little meat, like most places. Plus the fries are amazing and so are the fried zucchini worth the price! The service is great and owners are very friendly and helpful. The inside has plenty of seating with tv and is a nice atmosphere. Really recommend you try them. Plus if you go in and order Look on the side menu as they have great combo deals!

Best cheesesteak in town! Rick whipped me up a pepper cheesesteak with white American cheese, and it was exactly what I needed. I actually reviewed this restaurant for a high school journalism assignment about 15 years ago, and it's as good today as it was then.

I tried this place out today! It's a true mom & pop operation staying true to a simple authentic concept. The place was clean and had Philadelphia sports teams memorabilia on the walls. They offer several different sandwiches but, I chose the traditional Philly cheesesteak with grilled onions and white American cheese. They offer white American, whiz, provolone and pepper jack. For sides they offer several choices but I went with the fried mushrooms. Overall a great Philly and a solid 4 stars! Next time I will order a large size Philly!

Color me confused... We stopped by since we were in the hood, and on our way back to my side of town, to grad something to go. Locals rave about this place, and my review is based on a to-go order. The food is pricey if you're ordering a complete meal, which you do because you'll want one of the sides, and there is lots to choose from. The interior is cutely decorated, and there are plenty of options for seating. You order at the counter, you're given a number ( the same with to-go orders), and you wait. And wait. And wait. A nice couple run the place, and for the love of all that holy, please hire someone to help! We waited almost 40 minutes for a to-go order. Forty !! if we had not paid, this definitely would have been a walkout situation. It's just way too much time during a lunch hour. When you order the meal, it comes with your choice of size, which range from a variety of different fried foods from french fries, onion rings, to fried zucchini, and then some. Even fried shrimps. There's an up charge for most of these added items. The fried zucchini, despite the long drive, was still pretty tasty. I could've use some seasoning, but it was edible and came with a side of ranch. The curly fries definitely needed some seasoning. There are two different sizes of sandwiches, and a small looks like it's way too small, and large. It was one of those how much meat are they going to put in it. As it turns out, not so much. When we ordered, we specifically asked if the original Philly included mushrooms and onions. I was told yes, and when we got home, we discovered that one had fried onions and mushrooms, and the other one just had fried onions. Disappointing, considering how pricey the food is. I didn't find the meat to be particularly flavorful, and there was more bread then there was anything else. This is why I'm so confused. This place was packed. Locals definitely sick this place out for lunchtime dining, but they do so with the understanding that it's a sit and wait and see what happens experience. #IAin'tGotTimeForThat. I'm not sure if either one of us would go back, unless we wanted to try it again, and actually have a dining experience. Based on the cost, and everything else, it's definitely not a place that I would go running to. So why the four-star's? Because, at the end of the day this is a really nice couple trying to make their business work. They clearly work really hard , and I totally respect their efforts. I do believe that if they hired one person to help them out even during the lunch hour, things would be exponentially better.

Holy Moly this place has darn great cheesesteaks. Thin shavings of quality meats grilled up with chopped onions and served on a hoagie roll. They can make the sandwiches with sliced provolone, American, or the Philly styled cheese whiz. They have a pretty large menu of cheese steaks, hoagies, and appetizers. They even have salads: fruit, Caesar, and green. I had the original cheesesteak and opted for sliced provolone instead of the whiz. It also had grilled onions and green and red bell peppers. Dang it, it was delicious! I can taste that they use quality beefsteak. Seasoned well. Flavorful. They weren't skimpy in the meat. The bread was good as well. All the sandwiches come with onions, so if you do not want onions, please tell them. They even have a cute reminder sign at the register. The place is family ran. They work the orders quickly. The place is in newish small strip shopping center. The interior is clean, basic, and modern. We got there right before the lunch crowd. They seem to have regulars that they know them by name which just adds to the charm and welcoming vibe. If this was closer to where I live, hubs would definitely be a regular.
